I always had great experience at Dunn tire until today. They always were helpful not today. Been doing business with for years. 3:00pm I stopped because I had nail in tire. Leaving for vacation in few days. They told schedule appointment for next week. This Delaware & Hertel store. They didn’t even offer to look at for me. I WILL NEVER do BUSINESS with THEM AGAIN. No customer service.
1 1/2 for a inspection then try to tell me my ball joints are bad and making a loud noise...liar 1 star
9:00 appointment for tire rotation and oil change. Finally an hour and a half later my truck was done with a $97 bill for an oil change. Never again
Customer service sucks!!! Don’t waste time or money like I did and WONT again.
Made an appt for a service they said they could complete only to find out 5 days later they couldn't complete the job all the while they had my 2 tires just sitting in there store, it took me the customer to call more than once to find out what the heck was going on, I even signed a work order yet they claim they dont offer that service unless your tires are bought only from them. Liars from the start, never would I recommend them, go elsewhere!

RecommendedI called ahead to schedule an appointment for a tire mount during a weekday, and was annoyed at how long the service took to complete, while walk-ins seemed to get completed sooner. Awesome service yesterday for tire rotation. I had the free alignment check and they said it looked great and didn't need it. They could have easily said otherwise but they were honest!
Thursday June 28, 2018. I called the Walden Ave Lancaster store at 3:48 p.m and asked if they plugged tires still? The employee on the phone said they don't but, they patch holes. I asked when the best time would be to get it done. He said if ya bring it in now we can have it done before 6p.m today. I dropped it off at 4 p.m and left for home. 5:55 p.m and no call.
