Very fast service and great customer service. The cashier was very friendly and helpful

I wish I could give 0 stars. The manager Alyssa should not be a manager. She has horrible customer service skills. I went to get a coffee through the drive thru as I was paying my 5 week old started to scream. I didn't notice at the time I wasn't given my full change back. When I called the store to let them know they said they had it but couldn't give it to me. The manager said I would have to wait 2 days to get my money. Not okay! Got my order wrong, but quickly fixed it. Love this place!
I'm an apartment manager in Independence. Several employees of mine work at this DD. Seems they are having trouble paying employees on time. That seems bad for the community and bad for business. I hope I am wrong.
