Rude staff/manager, asked a couple questions and was told “it’s not that complicated. I don’t know why you’re making it so hard”. Will never be back. They know nothing about customer service.
Forgot our donuts FOUR times with our order. Finally the fifth time my husband started checking the bag and the woman wouldn’t even give him the bag of donuts, just keep handing him the receipt!!! Finally after he said he wasn’t leaving without our donuts and said look the donuts are right here on the receipt she said “what kind?” Worst customer service ever.
Not only was the line forever because they kept messing up people’s orders and having to redo them. They also messed up our order and when we told them it was wrong the girl said “I can add liquid sugar” honey... I asked for a camel latte and an iced Carmel macchiato and you looked at me and said I accidentally made your iced later a macchiato so I’m mixing them??????????? WHAT????? RecommendedAll the girls at DD are great!!!!! They are so good to me .... I drink a cup of Jaya😊 she perfected my medium French vanilla iced coffee!!!! I drink this everyday ... it is what gets me through the day!!!! Tonya makes me a large cup of Jaya for those days that I am being kinder to others,😉I don’t like myself without my coffee... We went to the Dunkin’ on the bypass this morning. When we first pulled up to the window, we ordered and tried ordering two separate orders (just like we do at every other Dunkin’ or drive thru) she said “we can’t do that in the drive thru” and made us all order together- good thing I had cash. Then when we got up to the window, we received the mini cream cheese filled bagels (which are more expensive) when we asked for two donut holes. $1.10 for ice water? Is Branson facing a water shortage or are you guys that broke?
Unless you like waiting in line for 2 hours, having to repeat your order 7 times, and NEVER getting everything you ordered, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
Never have donuts or munchkins, I have yet to get what I am looking for when I go. I realize you they close at 7 but theu should do more production than they do. I should be able to get what I want whether its 8 am or 3pm.
We were in this store on Saturday August 29 around 2 pm. The employee had a name tag that said shift leader was working the register. There was a couple ahead of us that paid with cash. The worker then waited on us. He had gloves on but it was extremely obvious he had not changed them recently. We asked for a ten count of munchkins.
