Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this Dunkin and will not be back until this pandemic is over. Most of the employees wear their masks on their chins, and only pull them up to make food and beverages. Sometimes, they don't even have those masks covering their noses when they do have them on. That is not safe, and not sanitary considering the current circumstances we are living in. Very disappointed!

I go into this location all the time and I would have to say I love it the people are always nice the drinks are always soo good and the food is always amazing thank you all so much for what u do this store has amazing staff !!!

1) get your staff to show up for work. Two days in a row most of the staff did not show up for work and left one poor lady doing everything. I watched as countless cars pulled off due to no service, because she can't keep up by herself. And she shouldn't be expected too. 2) get some standardization, and/or training for your staff. Today on Easter Sunday we decided to do something fun and go get the donut making kit for our 4 year old from our local Dunkin donuts. while the donut and icing portion of the kit was fine the decorations included consisted of 3 cups of the same white SNOWFLAKE sprinkles.... when I called to ask if that seemed unusual to them the person on the phone told me they were out of all the others and would have more tomorrow. so do all the donuts with sprinkles today have SNOWFLAKEs. Dear Dunkin’... we need to have a serious conversation about your new zombie commercial! My 4 year old son walked into the living room while the commercial was airing and all of a sudden he was so scared of the zombies that he chucked his sippy cup at the zombies a.k.a 60 inch television, as a defense mechanism so he could run away from them. He cracked the screen. 😞 It took us a minute to realize that he wasn’t lying when he said he had to throw it at the zombies... lol. So, my question is when should I expect my new telev... read more
