The coffee is burnt more times than not. If you order food they will hand you your food in the food sleeve, but refuse to put it in a bag (that’s like a fast food place handing you your fries).. then when you request a bag they act like you are asking for a free meal with the side eyes because you are interrupting their personal phone call. Terrible location IMO.
I had a really bad experience at this Dunkin location. The customer service was disappointing, especially with one employee (an older lady) who was quite arrogant and unfriendly. She refused to take my order and made me wait for a long time without any explanation, only to mess up my order in the end. I’ve always loved Dunkin for quick coffee and breakfast, but this visit was frustrating and disappointing.
