This Dunkin’ needs serious improvement. My coffee came with no caramel syrup, even though I clearly asked for it. The bathroom is locked, and you have to ask for a key at the register — which already feels humiliating — only to find no soap (just an empty dispenser and pool of soap on the floor) and no bathroom tissue inside. The atmosphere is messy and uncomfortable — more like a busy market than a coffee shop. Excellent customer service and fresh donuts
When I stop at a dunkin donuts I'm not expecting gourmet food but this is one of the worst I've had food from. Ordered a bagel and got a bagel that was as hard as a rock. Very pleasant staff though
