I saw an advertisement for the cookie dough frozen coffe and wanted to give it a try so I came to this location since it's the closest one to my house. I've been here a few times and never had any serious issues although one time I think the indian lady at the counter couldn't understand what I was saying and messed up my order a little. Says open till 8 but everytime by 730 they are all cleaned up and doors are locked, so are you open till 8 or you close early everyday so you can leave at 8?
A few times I've ordered an iced coffee from here an hour before closing and I've been told that they already dumped it and to choose something else. I get that you have to prep to close but what's the point? Throw away all your donuts while you're at it.
Came in at 7:45 on a Saturday 15 minutes before closing time and their door was already locked manager wouldn’t let me in the store. 0/10 would go lower if I could. I work at a hospital so I understand wanting to close on time but 15 minutes before your advertised time is ridiculous who do you all think you are.
