I don’t think I have ever come here and not had an issue with an order. When I go in and ask for my order to be made correctly, the staff laughs and giggles at the situation. Very unprofessional behavior, hopefully they can get new profession staff in soon.
Poor customer service!
Would just like to shoutout the girl working the drive through window, I believe her name was mckenzie or mckenna. She is always very polite and smiling every single day when the window opens! Not only is the coffee served wonderful the customer service is wonderful by the night time staff!
Do not get iced matcha lattes at this location. My girlfriend loves matcha lattes and has complained numerous times on the quality of the lattes she has been given. They consistently fail to thoroughly blend the matcha throughout the drink resulting in large clumps of matcha powder settling at the bottom of the cup. I also am not sure how the blending process works, but almost every matcha latte that is given out ends up being almost 50% foam to liquid.
