What a joke! Ordered a small latte and what I recieved was a half filled latte that was barely warm...never again!
Made an mobile pick up order and when I recieved my bacon topped avocado toast it was so hard I couldn't even rip it in half. I called and spoke with someone at the store who was very rude and stated that they run the toast through their sourdough toaster that it should be the same everytime. Will not be purchasing any food from this location.
Friday morning, 9 a.m., so I don't know how busy they were, but the floor was filthy, all tables were dirty. Counters dirty. Fast service, good product as usual.
Went through the drive thru for a mobile order as I usually do. It felt really rude when the older blonde woman handing me my order said absolutely nothing to me, despite me thanking her. Really funny considering her generation is the first to complain about bad customer service.
The staff is unfriendly, they mess up orders frequently. For the quality of the food and service I really shouldn’t be as shocked as I am for how crap it is.
