Literally every single time they mess up my order. Countless times they give me a smaller size coffee than I ordered and paid for. 99% of the time I have to go back because they didn’t put in the flavor. One day they put my flavor for my coffee in my child’s drink instead of mine, causing hers to be overly sweet. I have never had this issue with the Rock Falls location, but the Dixon location is awful!! I’m not ever going back. Waste of money! Asked for them to remove the meat from my sandwich on the meal deal I'm a vegetarian. She tried to charge me different. When I called a woman called Fe Fe was rude and said that I can remove it myself. You can't put meat on a sandwich and remove it the nasty meat juices will be on the sandwich. Horrible place to go to and won't be going back.
