This place has got to have the worst insurance billing I have ever experienced. I have VSP insurance. Dunes Optical claim they are preferred providers, however, not all of their optometrists are.

We partner with the doctors but they are not employed with Dunes Optical.
The Chesterton staff: doctors, person to deal with insurance, and Melissa in glasses and contacts was very helpful in discussions on glasses and contacts and was very efficient in the ordering. We are glad we don't have to leave town to get great service and product! We will all be back!

Went to get new glasses and a current eye exam, scheduled my appointment with Dr.bassett because I had recently sold him a car. He did a fantastic job making sure my new script was just perfect! Then went to pick out new glasses, which I hate doing! I picked them up today only 6 days later and they look amazing and I had no issues with seeing!! Would recommend, everyone was super friendly and accommodating!
Everyone here is so nice, the exam is very thorough - Dr. Zaknoun asked questions we've never been asked before. Would highly recommend this team and this office!
