I scheduled my daughter an eye exam because she’s been having headaches and pain in her eyes. The first woman I spoke with was HORRIBLY rude but I got the appointment made. There was some transportation issues so I called to reschedule, she gave me an appointment pretty far out. I asked if there was anything sooner because she’s been in pain. Finding out that my 5 year old son needed glasses came as a bit of a shock. He had just had his first eye exam and then had to process the news that he would need to wear glasses. He was upset, unsure and indecisive. It was difficult to find a pair of glasses that would fit not only his face but his personality. Great place for eye exam and glasses! I would highly recommend them!
I just recently somehow scratched my lens on my glasses and when I took them in, they were not only very pleasant and polite but they also replaced my lens without any issues!
My granddaugher broke her glasses last night. I brought them in to the Michigan City Dunes this morning at 8:00 am. I was worried because her eyes are bad and she needs her glasses for school. Not only were the glasses under warranty, but they had the frames in stock. In 15 minutes I was in and out of there with a brand new pair of glasses for her. They popped the old lenses out of the broken ones and put them into the new frames. No cost at all. No deductible nothing. What an awesome place. I highly recommend it.
