RecommendedAll of the staff at Dunes Optical are exceptionally kind, caring, and very efficient. They take their time to hear any concerns. I have been a patient for many years in the past and had chosen a new optical office in town. I quickly realized what a mistake that was. I highly recommend Dunes Optical over any other. The office manager is so friendly as well as all the staff. Don't make the mistake like I once did choose Dunes.
Didn’t take a “before” picture of my glasses, because while family has gone there for years and then one day we take glasses in for new fames and we get them back and they look like this. And then they say they won’t find them. The woman who gave the glasses back just shrugged her shoulders and said “the frames are fixed” when I pointed out the scratches. And when we asked why this happened she didn’t know how they got that way but kept saying “we won’t fix them, I don’t know, we won’t fix them”. Both frames are so scratched... read more
I saw one for several years and never got my prescription correct. I'll see a Dr. next time. Midwest doesn't act you are a charity case if you don't have bc/bs or if you aren't a certain family background. so if you go there and still can't see, either go to Midwest or see an actual Opthalmaologist
Just called for appts for husband and myself in November or December and the first available appt isn’t until January... guess I’m looking for a new eye doctor😕 need to be able to use my health savings.... this year😕
