I was extremely pleased with my experience with Duncan Plumbing. ***** was cheerful and helpful when she took the call. ******* arrived 30 minutes later, quickly assessed the problem, and quickly made the repairs. He was competent and professional in every detail. Three hours after my call, the repairs were complete and the water was on again.
Nobody is excited about having plumbing problems. But Duncan definitely rescued me from a terrible situation. Toilet was backed up, shower was backed up on a Friday and it's only a 1 bathroom home. The service was amazing and the tech Nui was knowledgeable, fast, professional and just a very sweet man. I would recommend if you need a plumber you can trust that you go with Duncan and you ask for Nui as your technician!
