The ****** plumbers were courteous and punctual. The reason for each "fixit" was given before work began and the cost was revealed. He even checked a few things that were not on my list. I became completely satisfied when he returned to fix a leak that he had not noticed on the first call. That 15 minute "make good" created a lot of goodwill. You can be sure that I'll call ****** from now on. PS He gave me a ****** coffee mug, but I was disappointed that it didn't include some ****** donuts.

Hi Jim, thank you for your kind comments. We appreciate your business and we are hapy you chose us for your plumbing work. -Scott ******
Eric did a fine job of educating me on the functioning attributes of radiant floors. However, the attempt to identify which zones heated which segment of the home did not work and the "whistling" noise that was produced before he left got louder/stronger to a point that I opened the valves that he had closed to stop the volume rising noise. I now know how the system is supposed to work but not where!! The cost was $445 (including the $189 visit). Somewhat steep.
To Whom It May Concern, I had massive drain clogs (of extremely stubborn grease) in my plumbing pipes, leading to my septic tank. I had standing water (and human waste) in all of my toilets, and neither my showers nor my sinks would drain properly. So, I called an experienced local plumber (with great online reviews) to help me deal with the situation. However, this (first) plumber was not up to the challenge. (He was unable to resolve the situation, and he misdiagnosed the problem.) Then, I called ****** Plumbing. Enriq... read more
Top notch folks, job done well and rapidly. Competent workers, kept area clean and left area better than they found it.
I called Duncan to replace a section of copper pipe including several elbow and T joints. Whoever had installed it before did a rookie job. The pipes had corroded over the years, compromised the joints and caused some water damage in our ceiling. Their service tech did an excellent job. He clearly explained the problem, offered options for repair and provided a very accurate estimate. I'm not a plumber of course, but the finished work looked very well done, neat and clean. Quite a contrast to the former state of things. He... read more
Business response:
Thank you ****! I'm glad the guys were able to take care of your plumbing.
I see reviews for new water heaters and leaky faucets. How about a broken 250 foot water main that needed to be replaced that ran down a slope, across a creek, up another slope, and to the house. **** handled it all with ease (mostly because he doesn't get poison oak). This happened at my son's house while he was on his honeymoon. Thanks to Duncan Plumbing and ****, the happy couple returned (the estimate and BIG repair on the same day!) to flushing toilets and a warm shower. I (the father who got to handle the repair) am so... read more
***** and **** did a great job installing a new water heater in our basement. It was a difficult install because of furnace pipes, etc. requiring lifting the heater. They were polite and personable. We use Duncan Plumbing for all our plumbing problems.
Business response:
I'm glad you are happy with your new water heater. Remember your water heater has a 2 year parts AND labor no hassle warranty. So callus if you have any issues with it!
This company provides the highest quality of service and work. They helped me with the removal and reinstallation of a water heater tank in a mobile home with a schedule that worked for me and a very fair price. ***** was terrific to work with - he explained everything very well and took a little extra time to provide professional suggestions for other concerns in the home.I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
Business response:
Thanks *****! I hope your home project goes smoothly!
We had a great experience. Called with a broken water heater. Originally visit scheduled later in day but the dispatcher was able to move it up. Service representative was on time, gave a clear estimate on work, explained what needed to be done, removed old unit and did reinstall with no problem. Explained how to keep unit operating for a longer period. Very professional and well trained. Highly recommend. Received follow up call the next day to assure that we were satisfied.
Business response:
Thank you, *******! We hope you get decades of reliable hot water with your new water heater!
