I asked ****** Plumbing to come out for repair of a water softener which had been damaged by winter storms (it was located beneath my house on the beach). **** and **** arrived on time, wasted no time in assessing the issue and surprised me (pleasantly)with their recommendation: The unit was completely ruined. **** said don't buy a replacement water softener from us - or anyone - as the location would just lead to another breakdown. We had **** from ****** Plumbing come out on a Saturday for a waste pipe backup. He was very professional and helpful. He did a diagnostic and gave us the estimates to fix our problem. Luckily our house is still under warranty so the install company will fix the problem. I will call **** at ****** Plumbing again for any new problems!
Duncan Plumbing is a fabulous company! I have always had a great experience from them. They are punctual, do great work, and are able to adjust their schedule so that a plumbing technician can come to my house when I have an emergency (like sewer pipe blockage, or failed toilet). The technicians are polite, professional, positive, clean and knowledgeable.

Duncan Plumbing came early the next day to fix my water main leak. The technician gave very clear options for needed work, and solid recommendations for best results. Job was completed that same day, and yard was perfectly restored to better than when they had started. I will definitely call Duncan for any plumbing needs.

Courteous and competent. Don't waste too much with small talk. Examines the situation, gives a price quote, gets the needed tools and gets down to business. They could lay out plastic on the rug to protect it beyond just the shoe covers. Aside from this there were no problems at all. Office staff was very courteous and very helpful.
