Nui was very helpful in resolving some plumbing issues. He was professional and courteous and very competent. I was shocked at the price for minor repairs but that's what plumbing companies can charge. I have confidence in the job and am grateful for the service.

We live in the Live Oak neighborhood and have used Duncan Plumbing on a number of small projects. The office staff is courteous and responsive and the field technicians have all been friendly and knowledgable. Perhaps because they are local, doing business with them has always been hassle-free. They always seem like they care and have the flexibility to address our needs in a way that works for us.
Technician Nui A. was very pleasant, willing to explain the work, knowledgable and thorough. The entire staff, field and office, goes the extra extra mile to provide superb service.
Duncan Plumbing to the rescue! I had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to take care of it the same day by putting me on standby for the day and squeezing me in between scheduled appointments. Melanie made the appointment happen and Nui came out to do the work. He was very helpful and educated me on different options to resolve my issue and prevent future issues. He went above and beyond what I expected.

Duncan Plumbing provided excellent service. I needed a complete sewer line replacement. They were professional and they completed the job in one day. Eric and Cassisdy were excellent, and I highly recommend Duncan plumbing !

I bought an older home in Capitola last year. Being that it is over 50 years old it has had a few maintenance issues. Nobody is ever pumped up to spend money on fixing things you can't even see. BUT I would have to say that Duncan plumbing has made me feel very well cared for in every experience. Jacguie is always sweet, kind and professional on the phone.
