Today Lori from DBZ turned me from a loyal client of 25 years to an unhappy former client. Terrible customer service.
I had a 401k issue and spoke to many different people, at different companies, Victoria Buchtan was the only one able to help me, she answered all my emails promptly and you can tell that she actually cared about my problem and did a great job getting it resolved.
Deanna is great, very helpful and attentive to our business needs.
Always had a great experience with DBZ over the many years we have been a client. Very much on top of things and happy to answer any questions we have in a timely fashion. Kevin has been my go to person for any questions and is extremely knowledge and timely with his responses. Everyone else at the office is great as well.
