Recently purchased a “preloved” Dodge truck from CHRIS WAY at this dealership. He knows what he is talking about and is willing to help in any way. He is patient, knowledgeable and is a no pressure guy. What I observed while at the dealership regarding other employees was very little professionalism. Seems more like a party atmosphere than a place of business. HOWEVER, that being said, I DEFINITELY would return to CHRIS for another vehicle. Great guy to deal with! See CHRIS for a great deal.

Please, go elsewhere. The sales tactics and exorbitant fees are not even worth your time. The service side deserves a star, though.
Substantially higher fees than most other dealers in the area. Came in looking to purchase a new 2017 outback. Negotiating the price, Josh came back after speaking to the manager and said his manager wanted to know, "Are you even serious about buying a car today?" I am never disappointed when I am at Subaru. My experience with the entire service staff that I was involved with was amazing beginning with Ali to Santos.
I had a great buying experience at Dulles Subaru Memorial Day weekend. The sales associates were very helpful and not pushy. The sales manager treated me like a valued customer and I got a great deal on a great car. I negotiated with two other Subaru dealerships and Dulles offered the best price.
I have always loved Subaru. I grew up with Subaru. I purchased my first brand new 2015 outback in 2014. Since that time I have had to replace two windshields due to manufacturing defaults, three wheel bearings, and a transmission. My car has 60,000 miles and should not have needed any of those repairs at this mileage. While all of these repairs have been covered by factory and now extended warranty it is quite frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend buying any Subaru at this time.
