I purchased a 2020 Forester Sport on April 18. Love the car. The after sales process is horrendous. Take your business elsewhere if you'd like a 100% seamless process. The Finance Department has yet to send the payoff check to my financial institution, causing the May 1st payment due date on my trade in to now be past due. It's been over 2.5 weeks since my purchase. It is near impossible to reach anyone in Finance by phone or have them return my calls.

Well folks, here we go. I would never recommend this dealership. It started as a decent enough experience but things have gotten much worse. They would not wash the car even though there was definite dirt on the glass, body, and inside. After purchasing the vehicle we noticed a small crack in the windshield and immediately contacted Dulles Subaru. They took the car in and replaced the windshield free of charge. Smooth and easy transaction from start to finish. Salesman Chris W was extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this place for a nice new or used vehicle.
Was here for several hours trying to buy a used vehicle. Manager was rude and condescending. Was ready to purchase and walk off the lot in a new car today but left adter hours of frustration and never even getting to the financing stage.
Went to the dealership and bought a car only to find out they only gave me one key fob and I have a push to start. I’ve contacted the managers there multiple times and have been brushed off each time like they were going to do something then never heard back. I have now left 8 messages with different managers there and none of them have had the decency to call me back. Terrible customer service.
