Poor, poor customer service.
Awful customer, and their employees, service. Was test driving a car and while out, Manager and other salesperson sold car. Lifelong Subaru owners and due to the manager's reaction, they have lost a lifelong customer.
Honor and commitment to life time of free oil changes and state inspection is no longer a honored offering according to owner Hamid Saghafi. No longer a supporter of this dealership and will never use them again.
RecommendedI took my daughter’s Subaru there to resolve a recall. They told me there was another one and they could resolve that one as well but it would take longer. They offered me a rental car for the day which was a new Impreza! When I returned the car, Fitz said that Subaru paid for the car and I owed nothing. Everyone in the service department was extremely courteous and helpful! Great experience!
First time using the service department everyone was friendly and very helpful. They didn’t have the part and get in three days. Thanks Tony
This is the second time the service center has damaged my car while they were fixing it. I’m not willing to put my safety in their hands anymore. Clearly there is no oversight for the quality or completion of work.
People here are always super friendly and nice. Service was done quickly. Biggest issue I have with the service is the price. It is very expensive to have routine maintenance. Could have done it at a local shop for a third of the price.
I like that no appointments are required for service when you only need an oil change and tire rotation. Great service.
