They illegally let customers drive away in the vehicle they are in the process of purchasing without paying down payments they signed for. Take money from there employees illegally saying that you can’t have bonus plus your starting pay when that was never said. John the Subaru manger verbally harrasses salesman racially and cusses at them. Saying that if you live in Winchester you are a part of the kkk. RecommendedMy service adviser is Fitz. He is always friendly and helpful. Whatever I have needed so far, has been handled quickly and efficiently. And a quick comment to those who left with temporary tags. When I bought my 2015 Outback, in December of 2014, I left the lot with brand new random number issue Virginia is for Lovers plates. I never had temp tags. Did not trade in a vehicle, so that shouldn't be a factor.
