Very disappointed with the customer service experience. I arrived at the SW 8th Street location at 9:30 AM, which is the posted opening time, and sat outside waiting for over 30 minutes. By 10:00 AM, the store was still not open, despite the hours indicating otherwise. During that time, I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. There was no communication, no explanation, and no indication of when someone would arrive.
