Very disappointed with the customer service experience. I arrived at the SW 8th Street location at 9:30 AM, which is the posted opening time, and sat outside waiting for over 30 minutes. By 10:00 AM, the store was still not open, despite the hours indicating otherwise. During that time, I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. There was no communication, no explanation, and no indication of when someone would arrive. Ni se que paso pero fui a la Tienda Kendall Drive y cerro de repente, fui a la Tienda de la calle 8 que era una tienda grande y esta Cerrada. Estuve enviado mis clientas y estan cerrados. Los dueños siempre fueron muy amables conmigo Domingo y Mireya! Que lastima cerraron 3 locations incluida la de la 24 Coral Way. Deberian quitar la informacion online de que estan abiertos.

Mi opinion acerca de este supply es pesima y fui a ver un pomo de acondicionador y se cayó el pomo al piso sin querer y se le partio un pedacito de plastico a la tapa y la manager de la tienda me dijo que tenía que pagar el Pomo y así lo hice. En 22 años que llevo en este pais jamas había ido a un supply o alguna tienda que yo tuviese que pagar un producto.que se me haya caido sin querer al piso porque yo no lo tire y pienso que a cualquier persona le puede suceder. .
