They replaced my entire 20 year old roof. Outstanding customer service and communication during the entire process. Yard cleaned up with no trace of a roof replacement. Even after the job was completed!!

Absolutely not!!! Terrible customer service and business practices. I tried asking the person ( rudest person ever) answering the phones there about their warranty policy on a 2 year old home with a roof installed by Duffield. She told me their client is the builder and not the new homeowner, so they won't provide any info about the warranty of the roof they installed. How does a local contractor back their business and work, if they won't warranty the job to the new homeowner?
Duffield roofing repaired my roof and siding damage from hurricane Irma after a tree fell on my home. They did an excellent job! Good price, great crew! Work date began as promised and was completed quickly. I will use this company again!
