When we moved from VA to NC 8 years ago we couldn't purchase right away because of my husband's work structure. Autumn worked diligently to get us into a rental. When we were able to purchase 18 months later Autumn worked her magic and found us a fabulous house and was able to work with the lender to push out our mortgage so the rental & mortgage payments didn't overlap.
