I got the best massage here I’ve ever had with my girlfriend. Shoutout to Michael and Gabriella. Highly recommend if you’re ever in Miami and need a massage/just want to unwind. Hotel staff on the way up kind of were not very polite, but the spa itself was lovely.
I booked the couples massage for my wife’s birthday, and I have to say, I thought it was my birthday for the hour of the massage cause it was amazing. Our masseuse's were Michael and Kelly. Kelly was with me. They asked us if we had any preference for our massage. I was very tense in my back and Kelly put A LOT of pressure just as I asked for. The therapist did not take my preferences into account, even though I clearly communicated them in advance. The massage felt very superficial, as if the person had only done it a couple of times before — the technique was uncertain and unprofessional. Honestly, it was the worst massage I’ve ever had
I book a reservation online, i tried to call them to get an appointment, you can’t talk to anyone, second their phone line is awful, you canmt even hear what they saying, fees like a big scam… awful service
