The therapist did not take my preferences into account, even though I clearly communicated them in advance. The massage felt very superficial, as if the person had only done it a couple of times before — the technique was uncertain and unprofessional. Honestly, it was the worst massage I’ve ever had
I book a reservation online, i tried to call them to get an appointment, you can’t talk to anyone, second their phone line is awful, you canmt even hear what they saying, fees like a big scam… awful service
By far the worst massage I’ve ever had. The guy that did my massage was hurting me my entire massage. My back is currently in so much pain. I told him and the receptionist and nobody cared. Very disappointed.
Fantastic massage from Daniela! She found all my trouble spots and used deep pressure to work out all the knots, which I greatly appreciated! Her massage technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, exactly what I needed. She’s excellent! I also have to mention Gretel, who checked me in and showed me all the spa amenities. She was lovely and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Perfect spa day!
