I was invited to a spa event here today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience afterward. At the end of the event, a storm suddenly started, so my friend and I quickly placed our belongings on the side near the bar while we found somewhere to take shelter. cannot express how happy i am after coming here i feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I found them on groupon and my package came with day pass and massage, i unfortunately was not able to catch my massage therapists name but she was amazing. will definitely be coming back.
Great experience and deal on a busy holiday weekend. Booked same day. Massage was a 10. From previous reviews depends whose your therapist. Walked in the steam room briefly. Didn't try the sauna. Rooftop pool and servers very nice(DRINKS OVERPRICED MIAMI STYLE LOL). Scariest thing was the crane overhead working on another bldg. Took a cold plunge, sat in the jacuzzi. Nice relaxation while on Miami vacation. Adding this to revisit list while in Miami.

The worst experience that I have ever had upon arrival to the spa front desk. Immediately asked for 20% up front for gratuity for the service provided (which I already had paid for the service). When I had called in advance to schedule an appointment, they would not make it before getting the Groupon code.
