I hurt my back while working out with some heavy weights, and I was in real pain. Lacey didn’t just treat the issue — she truly fixed it. She also took the time to explain the science behind pain management, including when and how to use icing effectively. Her knowledge, care, and guidance helped me recover quickly — I was back in the gym and even playing tennis by the 5th day! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert chiropractic care.
Lacey has been my chiropractor for years and has done absolute WONDERS on not only my back, but has helped with old sports injuries in my wrists and ankles as well! She will always make sure to listen to the issue and work to fix it, not just adjust it so you have to come back. I used to have to go weekly and now I might go for a visit every 4-6 months. Absolutely recommend her!!!
