He not only did much more than I expected, he provide me with some very valuable information when considering future washer and dryer purchases and the correct methods for installing them. This was installation of a new dryer vent line, costs include labor and materials. The original vent line did not go all the way to the roof and was not accessible for repair. Pictures were taken from the roof and shown to the resident. After showing the pictures and going over the options, explaining step-by-step what needed to be done for the new installation, the resident opted for that and gave a signature to authorize the work.
