Jon did an EXCELLENT JOB on the install of the new dryer vent!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Jon was HONEST, very professional, and arrived on time. Phoned me ahead of time before arrival as a courtesy (that's a PLUS in my book...most businesses don't seem to phone ahead anymore). Jon was super friendly and very courteous! He even cleaned up the mess after his work was completed (most businesses leave the mess behind!) and put both washer and dryer back in its place including adjusting the feet, no more wobbling!
