He was fast friendly (had no problem with me hovering while he worked). and cleaned up his mess. I wish all repair men were like him.
Jon of Dryer Vent Wizard came to my home on time after calling me to tell me he was on his way! He was very professional and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up all the dust inside my dryer, climbed on the roof to check the vent; showed me pictures of inside the vent. Cleaned up everything before leaving! Great job!!!
Rapid, efficient job
Pros: Professional and punctual. Cons: Very expensive, slow to finish. Charges inspection fee even if you accept costly repairs. Would use again for major issues, but will be mindful of the high charges. $268 for dryer vent cleaning, new dryer hose and replace vent cover outside.
