Alex was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind, fast and smart. My dryer had an error code on it. When I called he knew exactly what it was. He came out to my house and explained everything that he was going to do to clean out my dryer duct which is 15’ long running under the master bath floor to outside of the 3rd story. Came equipped with all the tools, a shop vac and a ladder. He said to contact him if there was a further problem. Highly recommend! I had two service companies let me down. The guys did a great job. They were personable, easy to deal with, great at communicating the issues and they cleaned up well when they were done. I highly recommend them.
