The location is just superb! Very nice staff! But the rooms, ... sorry, they are jucky! Breakfast and afternoon snacks are ok but don‘t really compare with the price. Would I recomend this hotel?! .... Yes, but....

We checked In last night and had our first stay at Drury Plaza and loved It! The girl who checked us In was so nice and sweet! I wish I remembered her name, but I do remember she was In training. We called down because we paid extra for a deluxe king but were given a standard. She told us to come downstairs and she would see if they had other rooms available. She was so polite and helpful! Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Loved history, location and suite! Food amazing and free! Fantastic staff!
Very beautiful place , AWESOME location walking distance to all most everything.
Great customer services. Beautiful hotel and amenities. The kids loved the pool even in the cool weather. We would both ok here anytime we are back in the area.
Beautiful location and exceptional customer service. There was one lady and a gentleman (at the laundry room) that gave us lots of towels after our 5 year old had a little incident by the elevators. They went out of their way to help us even when we didn’t ask for assistance. That’s what makes a difference between being good and being excellent!
We loved our stay at Drury. All staff, from housekeeping to managers were extremely nice and accommodating! We loved the photo props, breakfast, kick back hour and friendliness. The valet was a little slow for the $$, but extremely friendly! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fun Spring Break!!
