While the staff in guest services attempted to deal with the barking, whining dog next door to our room, they were unable to appease me or the poor dog! Finally after I reported the dog again with in the same hour, the hotel staff said they were attempting to reach the owners of the dog to no avail and were willing to comp our night.

Great staff and ammenities. Very clean. Comfy beds. I have stayed here for 3 weeks in the last two years and have enjoyed it each time. Very convenient location, as well, with direct access to the riverwalk level and street level to walk to all the downtown sights. I think this may be the only hotel with a direct view to the laser show that displays several nights a week on the San Fernando Cathedral.

A little, 2 day, family vaca! The Hotel was amazing! Loved everything about it! Comfortable room/bed, very clean, and close access to the Riverwalk! The architecture of this building is amazing! Will definitely stay here again when in the city!

I stay here every time I come to San Antonio, very nice hotel. I always book the King Suite with the terrace that overlooks the RiverWalk. Only problem I have is the elevators are very SLOW.
