Valet was great � friendly to start. My wife's b-day,received gift bag with boat rides& wine bottle was sweet, drinks at kickback everyday free" Huge breakfast buffet, super friendly staff , location awesome, our favorite place
RecommendedWas very clean service was great. It’s so convenient to walk out the back of the hotel and be on the river walk. Close to restaurants, stores, boat ride. We will stay healer again

Stayed here a week in August for our vacation. Loved it because it was so close to the beautiful river walk. We actually got there before check in but room was ready and front desk was very pleasant. Loved our housekeeping lady-very friendly and helpful.

It was just an overnight stay,but am very pleased will definitely stay here again.
I cannot tell you enough, how much these hotel staff members helped me cope with a very difficult & stressful situation. I had a long day. Dealing with some medical issues & became overwhelmed, because of a fluke technical situation. The manager, staff member helping me & assistant general manager on duty not only had the compassion & patience to help me work the situation out, but also checked up on me until the problem was resolved. We were upgraded to a king suite upon check in which was a pleasant surprise and when we entered the suite, it was huge. Breakfast was good with abundant selection of fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, yogurt and other breakfast foods. Having a three drink card for kick back is a nice plus. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay when downtown.
