I wouldn't go back to this place if you paid me to! After paying close to $400 for the night, we called the front desk twice because the air conditioner in the room didn't work. Once it got nearly 80 degrees, we went to the desk to be super clear that the room was hot!! The front desk was rude, to say they lacked hospitality is putting it nicely. I said Yes I recommend it because rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. The hotel is right on the riverwalk. But the only bad thing about it is the receptionist was taking to long to check me in and did not know how to make my card work to charge the stay and was charging me for an extra car when she knew it was 1 car only for valet because the 1st time she charge me for 1 car then since she did not know how to charge the card she was charging me for 2 cars and I told her she was charging me more and she insisted that ... read more
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Even though some parts of the hotel were under construction we weren't bothered by it nor did we hear anything going on. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. I liked the remodeled bank building and the rooms were functional and beds were comfortable. My children and I really enjoyed the roof top pool and hot tubs and the indoor ones too. Free hot breakfast, dinner, 3 bar drinks and river boat cruise tickets were included daily.
