Great hotel with tons of character and history!!! The staff was amazing- Andrew the front desk manager gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday and free tickets to Howl at the Moon. Going forward, this will be my hotel in San Antonio. Very clean and wonderful experience.
We found the staff to be very gracious and accommodating! The rooms were clean and inviting! Breakfast and dinner were included in the cost of the stay! The views of the San Fernando Cathedral, River Walk, and down town were breathtaking! We can’t wait to return in the spring!
We had a nice stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel yesterday evening into this morning. I brought my two granddaughters. We got a one bedroom suite, so had two rooms, which they enjoyed, two TVs and a corner room on the 16th floor. It was very pleasant.
What a great place to stay for the New Years...What a historic location with lots to see... Valet was on top... Staff of hotel was friendly & welcome... We had a minor situation with heater but was fixed & also was made up with a courtesy...Thank you Drury & Staff

Our last day here was when the room issues arose. House keeping claimed they didn't come in and clean yet it was obvious that someone had came into our room while we were gone. The floor was semi vacuumed and our bag of trash we had hanging on the door was gone. Yet no new towels no trash cans taken out, still a mess on the floor around certain areas. A pile of dishes still from the kids eating breakfast. Made me question on what the point was of coming into my room, doing nothing really and leaving. Also we opened the cabin... read more
