RecommendedA magical experience. The staff placed our elf on a shelf in our room for our children. The surprise on their faces as we entered our beautiful room added years of magic in their lives as they saw our elf waiting for them.

I wouldn't go back to this place if you paid me to! After paying close to $400 for the night, we called the front desk twice because the air conditioner in the room didn't work. Once it got nearly 80 degrees, we went to the desk to be super clear that the room was hot!! The front desk was rude, to say they lacked hospitality is putting it nicely. RecommendedI said Yes I recommend it because rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. The hotel is right on the riverwalk. But the only bad thing about it is the receptionist was taking to long to check me in and did not know how to make my card work to charge the stay and was charging me for an extra car when she knew it was 1 car only for valet because the 1st time she charge me for 1 car then since she did not know how to charge the card she was charging me for 2 cars and I told her she was charging me more and she insisted that ... read more
