I always had to wait a entirely too long for the elevators. It should be take 20 minutes EVERY TIME. Not to mention the valet service being extremely unorganized. Between the elevators and valet it took 30-40 minutes to leave the hotel.

Really great place the kick back and the breakfast were above average compared to your chain hotels that give you free breakfast. The staff and service were exceptional and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely come back next time I’m in San Antonio!
We got a discount for my husband being a firefighter, so we ended up getting a double queen suite for our weekend stay. We will be staying here from now on! The room is great and very spacious, great amenities, and I’m always a sucker for free food and drinks! I really liked that you can go get drinks anytime. We ran into Latisha a couple times on the elevator. She was funny, friendly, and offered great suggestions of things to do. All of the staff we have encountered has been great!
The room was nice and clean!! I loved the outside view and the Jacuzzi!!!!!!!
