My spouse went in to donate on September 18th to donate. For her first donation, it took approximately 4 hours from start to finish. The staff was extremely kind and were able to identify and support her during sudden fatigue.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Drumlin Plasma. According to Drumlin’s own chart, the required protein level is between 6 and 9. My protein level has consistently been within that range, usually between 6.3 and 6.4, and the tests performed by Drumlin themselves have never shown a problem. Today, just one hour before my scheduled donation, I received a phone call saying that my appointment was being cancelled.
