I got an appointment within two days of calling and had no wait once I got to the office. Dr. Hettler was really nice and walked me through the exam and explained what was wrong with my previous prescription. I decided to get new glasses and both Angie and Mansour were great at helping me pick a pair that was within my budget. Overall great experience and customer service!
Been to Two Offices -- Both Great! My family started with this group when we lived in Centerville at their Manassas practice and then transferred to their Franconia practice when we moved to Alexandria. This is the kind of personal care that you just don't see at very many eye doctors anymore...they even always remember my family's names! Both the eyeglasses and the contact lenses that we have purchased from them have been top of the line and the few problems that we have encountered have been graciously corrected.
