RecommendedI go every year to get my eyes checked at the Franconia office. They are always very pleasant and do thorough testing. I also like their glasses selection. Those chocolate mints are also to die for!
I go to their private practice office on Franconia Rd. every year. Good doctors--affable, detail oriented and thorough. They have a full set of diagnostic equipment, even the more unusual tests can be performed onsite. Their rates are healthy, but you get what you pay for. Sometimes I have insurance, sometimes not. I've never had a problem with any of the insurance plans that I've brought to them. They quickly figure out what is covered, and they calculate what I would owe BEFORE any procedures start. They make you feel so special. We have been see the Doctors forever. I got my first pair here 25 years ago. They have the best selection ever. We were helped by Yolon and he was so kind and knowledgeable about the lens and frames . First the store is in Beacon Hill, Alexandria, VA. I was impressed with Linda coming up to me even though I said I was browsing, in search of frames. She asked what I was looking for. I wanted hinged frames She immediately pulled out two frames that suited for my coloring. I tried on other frames and came back to her initial frames. Yolon contacted Costco to find out what service they offered. Yolon and Linda pointed out their pluses and saved me money. A very professional group.
