Went in today to pick out frames and they didn't have the ones I wanted in the store, Jen was helping me and offered to call the company to ask if the frames I wanted were available or discontinued. Turns out they were avaliable. Jen really went above and beyond to help me.

I had my first appointment with Dr Hettler this morning and I was very impressed. He has a warm personality, he is knowledgeable and he communicates very well. The exam was quick and efficient. Dr’s May and Hettler accepted my insurance and there was absolutely no pressure to sell me anything. None. Go to most any optometrist and the focus is always on the up-sell. Not here. I highly recommend this Dr’s May and Hettler. very professional with resemble prices
