Service provider is good Ms Lynda great to provide glasses But there is one lady in the front desk dispatching glasses very rude
Lots of high-tech equipment provides reassurance that things with your eyes are in good shape. Friendly, cordial staff make the visit very pleasant. And, no pressure to buy, but satisfactory pricing makes it the right way to buy. I was also provided important, valuable information for sunglasses.
I've been going to this practice for years, and Dr. Krotein is top notch! Plus they have evening and weekend hours that make it more convenient for their patients. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The sales team is great at matching your frames to your face AND your personality. NOTE: Even with insurance and store sales, the frames are a little pricey. If you want to shop elsewhere, just ask the doctor for a printout of your prescriptions.
I tried. I really tried to be their client. They cancelled my appointment citing my insurance provider. It’s Avesis. They take Avesis. Then, their chat bot texted me to reschedule after I “missed” my appointment. Then I was told they were closed and I’ll get a response when they open. I was standing in the office when I was told they’re closed. Needless to say, I didn’t get any service here.
Lynda did a great job getting my wife and I fitted out with a new pair of glasses. I really appreciated the amount of time she gave to us to ensure we got the pair of glasses we wanted. When we left, I felt happy about the purchase and the entire process.
