Terrible customer service in the Manassas office. The office manager is rude and even berates staff in front of patients. They coded a visit incorrectly and refused to fix it causing out of pocket expenses to the patient. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with this practice.

RecommendedThe entire practice was friendly, prompt with responding to my arrival and all throughout, as well as thorough in their examination. They also provided all of the options based upon my insurance, with a breakdown of cost. HIGHLY recommend Drs May, Hettler, and Associates!!
Poor customer service. They are disrespectful and condescending. The primary focus of the office is money, not customer care. They told me to bring my vomiting daughter in for her appointment or pay. I wanted to reschedule. She was not sick 24 hours before the appointment. The fact they said bring her in vomiting tells me they dont care about the patients, or the staff. My daughter has a contagious virus, i told them and they said i should still bring her in. What a terrible office.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Gee has been our doctor and we, my daughter and myself, are very pleased. She explains in detail expectations and results. We, enjoy talking with her :)
Making an appointment was very easy and the staff was very professional. I went in originally for contacts and Dr. Krotine did an outstanding job at correcting my prescription and catching my astigmatism (that the last optometrist missed a couple of months earlier) that I also purchased new glasses. They were patient with me as I tested several trial pair of contacts for several weeks until we found the perfect fit. I have found my families new home for all of our eye care products and exams.
