Needing an MRI, I went here simply out of convenience because they had an opening. Next time, I won't go any place else. It's a pleasant atmosphere, but what made my visit special was the staff. Incredibly nice, courteous and funny staff at the desk. Anthony who oversaw everything during the process was incredibly calming and professional - encouraged questions and answered every one in detail. Horrible technician. Appointment was at 11 but wasn't seen till after 1130. Then technician blamed my friend for it going wrong and then he said it would take 15 min but it took over 45.
