I highly recommend Dr. Drizik and his team. I brought my glasses in for a complimentary repair, and unfortunately, the frames were accidentally broken. However, Dr. Drizik's response was exceptional. He immediately took full responsibility, maintained excellent communication even after I moved overseas to Tokyo, and seamlessly reimbursed me for the replacement frames.
