I contacted at 5 p.m., and he arrived at my house around 10:30 a.m. the next morning, 50 minutes away from where he was supposed to work. My steps had long-standing dirt stains, but they now appear like new! Aside from the quality of his work, his customer service won me over from the start, and I would gladly refer him to a friend.

This was my second time hiring Driggs Carpet Cleaning and their services; both times I was dealing with a major moth infestation, and the high wool content of the carpet was contributing to the problem. When I contacted Driggs Carpet Cleaning, they arrived swiftly to pick up the carpet, and despite the fact that multiple deep cleans were required to remove the moths' eggs, the carpet was ready to be dropped off in less than a week. It appeared to be spanking new and lovely.
