If BMW North isn’t a joke. Have a flat tire on a new 2018 540i and can’t provide a BMW loaner. I didn’t buy a BMW so I could drive some rental car that is 10 years old. I might add the car was not cheap either!! The customer service is a joke placed on hold 3 different times and none of the three employees I spoke to had a solution. Way to go BMW North

Horrible service! Pushy sales! Firstly they may sell your contact information to phony third party warranty companies. Service dept did not perform all the checks I had asked them to perform , the overlook eventually costed me a fortune. Even if you clearly indicate you are not interested in buying a new vehicle, service dept will pass your information to sales dept from whom you will be hounded until you answer their call. Not only did my car get personally delivered to my driveway, but I was also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift and thank you card inside.
We worked with Patrick & he took excellent care of us. I test drove the car I was interested in on Friday & was worried it would be gone before I could bring my husband in to look at it. I was in the process of buying a used BMW X3. It was advertised as CPO. They even approved my credit for the low CPO interest rate. Then, at the last minute, said it isn't CPO and I need to use a higher interst rate. Very unprofessional. BMW should know your dealer uses CPO as a way to get customers in, but then not honor the CPO benefits. I'll do my part to let it be known.
Our lease will soon be up and we're getting yet another BMW from D & R. Their service department is great but the main reason is Blaire Duncan. It's nice to have someone that you trust and looks out for you. She's a consummate professional!
It’s easy to give someone five stars when the process goes smoothly. However, in our case, some issues came up that were beyond our sales person’s control. Blaire Duncan was able to overcome all obstacles and we ended up with the car we truly wanted. We highly recommend Blaire.
