Second bad experience with the north side location. Hit a pothole on the highway over the weekend that cracked my rim and blew out my tire. Had it towed to the northside location to explore what needs to be done. They provided me a rental the Monday after, which is the main reason why I decided to go to bmw also there was a recall that required service. It was great to work with Blaire Duncan on the purchase of my new car. She and their team of people made the experience comfortable and easy to process. Absolutely well worth the 200 mile trip, I would do it again.
Service Dept recommended a $1345 repair to fix a problem that didn't exist. When I called them on it, they refused to refund the $117 to diagnose the non-existent problem.
Very customer-oriented and professional. On two occasions, service staff members have gone "above and beyond" for me. We own two BMWs and we have been very pleased with them.
Great & friendly customer service
They have worst service ever and we regret purchasing our car from there. Wish they were more professional and the quality of services were good. Raised so many times with them and no actions taken till date to fix it. We love the car and wish we had more options in Indy for services.
I started looking online at BMW 3 weeks ago. I asked to be contacted about a 5 series. I sent the request in after hours. The next morning I was contacted by Blair Duncan.
