Still waiting for a refund since I returned the product on April 3, 2009. Received no call back from customer service after numerous calls and emails. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Better Business Bureau of Miami has also written them with no response. Company has the worse rating.
I MADE A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IN AUGUST OF 2008, WAS NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT SO I SENT IT BACK, AS OF THIS DATE 9/28/08 HAVE YET TO SEE MY MONEY REFUNDED. THE COMPANY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS, IVE HAD TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THEY FINALLY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING ORDER HAS BEEN REFUNDED, BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY CREDIT CARD YET. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
