I absolutely love this place! I have lived in Cincinnati for 3 years and had a chance to try many of the best rated nail salons around.. Dream Salon has a delightfully friendly staff, and are very thorough with their quality services! I continue to go back again and again, and happily refer my friends.
It's a wonderful family friendly spa. I have known Sein for about 5 years and she is so caring and considerate in her recommendations and is just an exceptional stylist. I have watched her cut little kids hair with so much patience and kindness. Once my kids actually have enough hair to cut she would def. be my choice.
I have been going there since March...and their customer service is stellar....they all know my name and are super friendly. The quality of their manicures and pedicures is fantastic...I always get the extended (shellac) manicure, and it lasts me 2.5-3 weeks....Mariena does an AMAZING job....they completely back their work...if you're not happy, they will gladly fix it...client satisfaction is their # 1 priority!!! I highly recommend them :-)
I've been going to Dream Salon and Spa every two weeks since they opened. My nails always look excellent, and they have exceptional customer service. I highly recommend!
I have been here three times now and all three have been fantastic!! Everyone is super nice and accommodating!! I highly recommend this salon!
