I just moved to the area and finally had some time to get my hair and nails done. I looked all over Google, and this salon came up that wasn’t going to make me wait weeks, and had amazing reviews. I got acrylic nails done yesterday. By last night I started getting blisters. Going into this morning I had more and my fingers are painful and itchy. I called and they stated they would remove my nails for free. But when I get there they refused and told me I had to pay to get them removed. I will be submitting a complaint to the state of Ohio.
Moving from VA I was so nervous to try a new salon, but after reading all the wonderful reviews I had to give it a try. The reviews couldn’t be more accurate- the salon is beautiful, clean, & unlike most salons doesn’t have an overpowering nail polish/acetone smell. I love Dream for the quality of the service for the price. My gel polish will last the two weeks of their guarantee and usually at least a week or more after that with no chipping. Everyone there is super nice and very transparent about their services. I don’t like pushy sales people and they never make me feel uncomfortable if they offer something and I decline. Dream Salon & Spa is officially my “go-to” for everything!
Best salon in Cincinnati! I will not go anywhere else. Everyone goes out of their way to get to know you and make you feel welcome. Their services are top of the line, but the people are what makes Dream Salon the amazing place that it is!
