This is the worst place I visited in my whole life. The person on charge do not have idea about management and client services. Not trustful at all. About the service, I don't have idea. But, I recommend you to stay away from this place if you don't want to be insulted and be disappointed.
I've been working at the hotel this salon is for over 10 years and what the owners did by bringing in a new hair stylist and Removing the old lady who worked there has been the best thing ever! I think she used to owe the place and now its in new, better hands!!! Starting of that Charlie is HOT and he knows how to treat your hair! This place is amazing! HIGHLY recommended! To start with, Charlie O is the best! He really cares about what you like and what you want, and he takes all the time in the world to listen to you look for new ideas, pictures, etc. Once he understands what you really want, he has the gift to make it true! I got my highlights, keratin treatment, a haircut and style and I was as happy as I could be. THE BEST HAIR CUT IN MIAMI,I have been going and following Charlie O almost since he came in Miami is the BEST!!!.
This salon is really awesome! You walk in through the door and are greeted with young and very polite ladies. The staff here treats you with so much respect and they understand your nervous if this is the first time coming to them. This has been one of my first salon experiences where there was never any fighting from the staff with one another over something pointless. Everyone that works at this salon is very mature and handles themself very professionally. I highly reccomend this place.
I'd say that this is the best salon I've been too in my 34 years of life! Not only do they treat you like family here, the over all atmosphere is perfect. I first walked in and was greeted by Charlie and was later asked if i wanted something to drink, I explained to Charlie what i wanted and what I had in mind, he understood me completely ! Located in the heart of Dadeland,this is "the place" to get a haircut.The people over at Strickly Dorothy are fun and professional to talk to.Ask for Orlando or Gus,it's simply awesome.
