Sink stopped up. called Drain Right, came in few hours, but unable to open unless more expensive method. I pd. $45. Surprised when supervisor called saying to send another to open clog. I am actually shocked at the professional and courteous manner in which this outfit runs! A friend recommended them, I had a 2 pronged problem and Cesar C. is the man! He took care of everything in minutes! The price was 1/4 of what the others wanted. Zakiyya M. was great on the phone getting our details to pass on to Cesar as well. Drain Right did a great job with fast service on a big job!!!
My mother needed a new water heater. I was really dreading having to call a plumber. I saw Drain Right's # on the old water heater which was 10 years old. It turned out to be a great experience. Eloisa was very helpful by making sure Stephanie called me when the technician was on his way. The plumbers arrived on time and did a great job. Collin came out to give us the price quote & came back to make sure we were satisfied with the job. He is very courteous, timely, & knowledgable. I will definitely use them again.
